Responsibilities:
- Advise and recommend the right equipment/products to customers
- Provide technical advice and application support to customers
- Strategic planning of sales and marketing activities to achieve company's objectives
- Conduct technical sales presentations
- Manage and grow account sales business
- Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
Requirement:
- Science/Business graduates
- Working experience in laboratory will be an asset
- Posses good communication and presentation skill
- Goal oriented and possess strong desire to succeed
- Must possess own car
2)Technical Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Carry out service and repair of scientific instruments
- Perform installation and commissioning of new instruments
- Conduct hands-on operation training for customers
- Provide technical advice and application support to customers
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for instruments
- Maintain proper service and maintenance records
- Assist Product Specialists in the selling of analytical instruments
Requirement:
- Have working experience in Laboratory related Products is an added advantage
- Posses analytical mind and keen to solve problems
- Good team player and willing to help others
- Goal oriented and possess strong desire to succeed
- Must possess own car
3) Sales Coordinator/Customer Support Executive (full time office based)
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer enquiries and provide technical information and advice
- Prepare quotations based on customer requests
- Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
- Liaise with both local and overseas suppliers
